Transportation runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Weekend service is available upon request. 

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for guaranteed service. We will do our best to accommodate urgent requests. 

Yes. Full door-to-door service is included. 

Yes, one adult companion rides free as long as they are picked up from the same address. 

Trips must be canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup to avoid being charged. Cancellations can be made by calling ‪(954) 780-3701. 

Yes, we offer transportation for patients with special needs, including those who require wheelchair access, bariatric transportation, and other accommodations.

 We take safety very seriously and have strict protocols in place to ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers. These include regular vehicle maintenance, driver training, and adherence to all applicable safety regulations.
